These are double ended Flower Purse Charm Tassels.
Intended to be tied onto a bag handle or looped through your bag hardware.
Some have wood beads, some don’t.
They measure approximately 13" total length and can be easily shortened if desired by pulling on the knot near the bead and reknotting then cutting off the excess strip.
