These are double ended Flower and Bead Purse Charm Tassels.
Intended to be tied onto a bag handle or looped through your bag hardware.
They measure approximately 13" total length from bead to bead and can be easily shortened if desired by pulling on the knot near the bead and reknotting then cutting off the excess strip.
The beads I have are all one of a kind so the ones you receive may not be the ones shown in my stock photo.
